Payment at time of booking:
A 20% deposit is required to book - this is refundable up to 14 days before arrival.
Cash payments are preferred for the remaining balance on arrival, or can be taken by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and a £3 card payment fee will apply.
Bed and Breakfast prices per person from £45 to £50 per night.
2 night minimum stay for online bookings - but please contact us directly to enquire about a 1 night stay.
Children aged 5 or over are welcome.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed in the garden.
No pets (as we have allergies)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel with less than 14 days before arrival, your deposit is not refundable.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Check in / out
Please note our normal check in period is from 3.00pm to 7.00pm.
Anyone wishing to check in outwith these times or drop off luggage can do so by prior arrangement.
Check out by 10am.
Parking
On street parking is limited, however the car park across the road is available and free of charge between 6pm and 8am. (£2 charge for up to 3 hours applies outwith these times)
